Depending on service required, we deliver, take away the Camper/trike, two to four staff, all beverages, glass wear and consumables.
Both units can be badged for your event.
Dry hire is available to corporate and private clients alike, but they MUST use a professional bar company or venue staff. The trike can be dry hired but with our staff.
There is a cautionary deposit required for dry hire which is reimbursed at the end of the event.
We deliver and take away the camper and a member of staff stays with the unit at all times to oversee its use and to deal with any issues (she is 47-years young after all!).
The Camper dimensions are: 4.5m long x 1.7m wide x 1.9m high. With the roof open it’s 3m high.
The trikes are 1.7m long x 1m wide x 1.7m high.
For the Camper, a 240V domestic supply will be more than enough for evening lighting. However, we can work without power during daylight hours.
The trike requires no power at all.
Where possible we will apply for a TEN or temporary event notice on your behalf. However, many established venues will hold their own licences. Those that don’t will give their stipulations on licensing.
Private parties on private land do not require licensing UNLESS the bar is charging guests for drinks.
No licence would be available in a street or public highway.
For any fee-paying event, an alcohol licence will be required which can be applied for by you or the bar company.
We will only serve drinks by the glass.
For private parties on private land where a TENS is not required, there are no time constraints. However, any event with a TENS will have a start and finish time directed by the local licensing authority.
Regardless of location etc we must adhere to licensing laws. Measures will be used, and the bar staff can refuse service to an obviously inebriated or aggressive guest.
